Accounting software & implementation
Accounting software chosen, set up and ready for UAE e‑invoicing
We help you pick the system that fits the business, move your data across with balances that tie, set up VAT and tax codes the way an auditor expects, and connect it all to your e-invoicing provider before your date arrives.
Your e-invoicing dates
Choose your annual revenue.
Revenue of AED 50 million or more
Appoint an Accredited Service Provider
by 30 October 2026E-invoicing becomes mandatory
from 1 January 2027Revenue below AED 50 million
Appoint an Accredited Service Provider
by 31 March 2027E-invoicing becomes mandatory
from 1 July 2027Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, with the first-wave provider deadline as amended in May 2026. Counted in Dubai days.
The same invoice, twice
Today an invoice is a document you send. Under e-invoicing it is data your software sends, checked on the way, and the document is only a picture of it. That is why the software, and how it is set up, matters now in a way it did not before.

A wrong field stops the invoice
A missing TRN or the wrong tax category is caught by your provider before it goes, not by the FTA months later. Fixing it then means fixing the set-up.
Every customer and item needs clean data
Customer TRNs, addresses, item descriptions and tax codes have to be right in the system, because the system now speaks for you.
The FTA sees each invoice
The tax data of every invoice reaches the FTA as it is exchanged, so what you report on your VAT return has to agree with it.
Five corners, and the one we make sure is right
UAE e-invoicing runs on the Peppol network. Your invoice leaves your software, passes through your Accredited Service Provider and your customer’s, and arrives in their system. The tax data goes to the FTA on the way.
Your accounting software We work here
Where the invoice is created, from your customer, item and tax records.
Your provider
Your Accredited Service Provider. Validates the data and sends it on.
Your customer’s provider
Receives it on your customer’s behalf over Peppol.
Your customer’s software
The invoice arrives as data, ready to be booked and paid.
Federal Tax Authority
Receives the tax data of the invoice from the providers.
Corners two to five are run by accredited providers and the FTA. Corner one is yours, and it is where nearly every rejected or wrong invoice starts: data that was never clean in the accounting system in the first place.
What we fix in corner one before your provider ever sees it:
Which software, honestly
There is no best accounting system, only the one that fits how your business buys, sells and stocks. Sometimes the right answer is the one you already have, set up properly.

Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks Online

Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One
Keep what you have
If it works and its data is sound
Product names are examples, not a ranking. Check with the vendor that the version you buy connects to your Accredited Service Provider before you sign.
A typical project, week by week
One company moving to cloud accounting. The old and the new system run side by side for a month-end before anyone switches the old one off.
- Design: decided with you
- Build: done by us
- The day you switch
- First close, side by side
Illustrative. ERP projects, several companies or years of history to move take longer; we give you a plan with real dates after the first call.
Set up by the people who will read the numbers
Tax codes from people who file VAT returns
Every rate, exemption and reverse charge mapped so the VAT return builds itself, and so your e-invoicing provider accepts what it is sent.
Opening balances that tie
Brought across from your last audited or closed accounts and reconciled line by line, so year one does not start with a suspense account.
Training on your own transactions
Your team learns on your customers, your items and your month-end, not a demo company, and we sit with them through the first close.
Questions about software and e-invoicing
When does e-invoicing apply to my business?+
If your annual revenue is AED 50 million or more, you must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026, and e-invoicing becomes mandatory for you from 1 January 2027. Below AED 50 million, the dates are 31 March 2027 to appoint a provider and 1 July 2027 to go live.
Do we have to change our accounting software?+
Not necessarily. Your software has to produce clean invoice data and pass it to your Accredited Service Provider. Many established systems can, with the right set-up and connector. We check yours first, and only recommend a move if it cannot do the job or the business has outgrown it.
What is an Accredited Service Provider?+
A provider accredited by the Ministry of Finance to validate and exchange e-invoices over the Peppol network and pass the tax data to the FTA. Each business in scope must appoint one. Your accounting software sends invoices to it; it does the rest of the journey.
How long do we have to keep our accounting records?+
VAT records for at least five years, and Corporate Tax records for seven years after the end of the tax period they relate to. When you change systems, the old records still have to be kept and readable for that long, so we plan where they will live before the old system is switched off.
Can you move all our historical data?+
Usually we bring across opening balances and the current year’s transactions, and archive earlier years in a form you can still search and hand to an auditor. Moving every historical transaction is possible, but it is slow and rarely worth what it costs.
